Reviewed: 2013 Ford Focus ST The Return Of The Hot Hatch

The “Hot Hatch” segment has come and gone several times in the U.S.  The Volkswagen GTI kicked it off back in the early 80’s here, and it was joined by cars like the Dodge Omni GLH & GLHS, Ford Escort GT, Z24 Cavalier.
The 90’s came and they went away, the early 2000’s saw the SVT Focus and the Cobalt SS, but those were just short runs.
Now here in 2013 it looks like the Hot Hatch segment is back and Ford’s Focus ST is ready to do battle.  How does it hold up?  That’s what we find out on this episode of Rumblestrip.NET and Ten Minute Test Drive

Reiewed: 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo

Hyundai makes it mark on the Hot Hatch segment with this Veloster Turbo. The funky four door hatchback has great design, a unique door set up, but, is it fun to drive? That’s what we we’ll find out as we have a look at the 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo

Ford Focus RS

Since this car was announced last year, enthusiasts all over the US have been clamoring for The Blue Oval to drop the achient, hideously styled Focus currently on sale in North America, and bring the current and award winning EU model over to replace it.  More so when the 305HP RS version was released.  You CAN get this car, kind of, the Volvo C30 and the new Mazda 3 are all built on this chassis, but non comes with this beast of a motor.  Top Gear got their hands on it for this weeks show!
